Farm Tech Founder in Residence

Key Responsibilities

• Set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team, and the rest of the unit.
• Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure vision and products align within team strategy and requirements
• Build and groom an AAA team – digital-enabled cash & carry van
• Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team.  Maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team
• To manage business challenges while identifying, building and managing strategic partnerships, both internally and externally

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, product management, venture capital, business development or e-commerce/ platform-based technology companies
• Strong project management and analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and hands-on problem-solving mentality
• Strong top-down communications & presentation skills (both written & oral), and ability to engage with senior business leaders
• A passion to challenge the status quo and find new solutions to drive out of the box ideas
• Experimental and strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Track record and experience of incubating and scaling new businesses is highly preferred
• Experience in Agriculture and Financial industry is highly preferred
