DOLCE & GABBANA Senior Visual Merchandiser

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Reporting to Head of Merchandising, execute visual display presentation: Ensure all the stores are in corporate VM standards according to the HQ guidelines
• Store Image: Fully understand the guidelines, assure that the stores display can maximize the sales accordingly with the Retail and Merchandising team requests, similarly, the store image follow in accordance to the standard requests
• Communications and Reports: Participate weekly meeting with Retail and Merchandising team in order to be aware of market’s needs. Work closely with retail team to brief every display change maintenance
• Visual Coaching: Provide visual coaching to Store Managers and retail team
• Store Opening: Prepare and setup of any new store opening
• Event Setup: Setup various events / functions. Work with PR / Operations Department for all event visual setup
• Organization: Set priorities, and make sure that the planning is suitable with all the duties required: 1) ANALIZE, 2) FIND SOLUTION and 3) ACTION PLAN
• Team Building: Work with the colleagues as a team, sharing suggestions and ideas always with energy and positive attitude
• Monthly Reporting: Prepare monthly VM report to Head of Merchandising

Key Requirements & Competencies

• Diploma holder in Visual Merchandising, Arts or related discipline
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience preferably in luxury fashion industry
• Good eye for merchandise presentation and sensitive to the luxury fashion
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Highly adaptable and flexible
• Ability to multi-task and work with tight timeline
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point) and Photoshop
• Candidates with solid experience a will be considered for Assistant Manager
