Deliver and maintain excellent standards of store design & visual merchandising, including designing store themes, creating visual annual calendar, and executing displays and visual strategies.
Liaison with department supervisors in product phase launching and themes.
Create design themes in parallel with marketing calendar, including window display, digital content, signage, in-store displays, department focal points and etc.
Ensure brand branches have similar themes and displays every visual turnover.
Determine floor layout, traffic flow, and display points, as well product identification with respect to current theme and complimentary of products.
Identify and source props, fabrics, hardware, and lighting.
Collaborate with the marketing team in creating visual strategies and promotional events in order to entertain, excite, and maintain the interest of the target markets.
Lead and motivate team members to complete jobs with high-quality standards and within target deadlines.
Coordinate with the mall and contractors throughout all phases of construction and maintenance with the contractor or general contractor (GC).
Track, record and collect payment information for total monthly expenditures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, interior design, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in creative window displays, signs and interior displays.
Demonstrated success with a strong visual portfolio, digital content, and practical experience with visual software.
Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect.
Strong communication (both read and write) in English.
Good internal and external stakeholder management skill.
