In-Store Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

• Design, Creativity and Ensure Visual Merchandise respect guideline and policy

• Create floor plans, including layout for display area, pop-up store and new boutique opening base on company plan.

• Changing displays to promote new product launches or to reflect all products themes

• Analyze trend requirements and design strategies with help of new visual ideas.

• To train and coach in-store sales staff and develop their knowledge and understanding of merchandise presentation

• Plan and visit for audit Ravipa's boutique to ensure appropriate of brand VM guidelines in store and ensure brand integrity is maintained at all times

• Monitor and arrange tidily VM stocks in Ravipa's boutique / store

• To design and supervise construction, installation and maintenance of the material (fixture, furniture, equipment) as needed.

• Managing suppliers to ensure timely deliverable of all VM materials can be utilized as planned and based on company standard.

• Monitor costs and work within budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Arts, Fashion or related field.

• At least 3 years experience in fashion retails, visual merchandiser or related retail businesses.

• Understanding of sales and inventory analysis and ability to drive sales through effective merchandising display.

• Must be able to use 3D Max / Illustrator / Photoshop.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.

• Ability to multi-tasking and time management.

• Good creative ideas and think out of box.

• Good communication, negotiable & problem-solving skill.

• Able to travel across the up-country.
