Director of Student Support Services

- Provide strategic leadership for the SSC, aligning its activities with the school's mission.

- Design and manage programs that support student development in:

Learning Support (LSC)

University & Career Counseling (UCC)

Learning Skills Development

Social & Emotional Learning (SEL)

- Encourage collaboration across departments and broaden extracurricular opportunities.

- Develop and implement policies related to student support, growth, and inclusion.

- Assess service quality and student satisfaction using regular feedback mechanisms.

- Lead innovative efforts and continuous improvement in all SSC programs.

- Collaborate with school leadership on budgeting and resource allocation.

- Ensure adherence to educational laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.

- Promote a welcoming school culture where all students feel supported and valued.

- Serve as a key member of the school leadership team, contributing to comprehensive student development.

- Perform other duties as assigned by school leadership.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Recruit and onboard SSC staff.

- Provide professional development opportunities for faculty and staff.

- Research and implement best practices in student development and support.

- Represent the school at workshops, conferences, and external events.
