Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Zalo, Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools and internal tracking systems.
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Platform) and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously refine strategies.
Monitoring and analyzing user behavior, measuring LTV, CAC, Retention, ARPU, ECPI, ECPM, offering data-driven growth strategy.
Periodic reports for management and relevant departments.
Manage operational and effective marketing teams.
At least 2 years of real experience in UA, Performance Marketing, with a priority in the Game industry (H5, Miniapp, Mobile App)
Understand the main indicators: ROAS, LTV, CPI, CTR, CR, ECPM, ARPU, ...
Proficient at least 2 large advertising channels: Facebook Ads, Google UAC, TikTok, or DSPS.
Experienced in using tracking tools is a great advantage
Passion for and understanding of the Zalo Platform is a strong plus.
