About the Role

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who thrives in startup environments – someone who is hands-on, product-driven, and deeply user-centric. You’ll be a core part of the product team, helping us craft intuitive, impactful experiences for thousands of users.

What You'll Do

• Design responsive, intuitive interfaces for both web and mobile platforms

• Map user flows and create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes

• Conduct user research and usability testing to guide and validate design decisions

• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate and enhance the design process

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, product, content) across Southeast Asia

• Apply lean UX and design thinking principles in a fast-paced startup environment

• Stay current with product design and AI trends

What We're Looking For

• More than 2 years of experience

• Solid understanding of UI/UX best practices and user-centered design

• Experience designing for responsive web and mobile platforms

• Proficiency with tools like Figma or Adobe XD

• Familiarity with AI tools used in design workflows

• Strong communication skills in English

• Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage projects independently

• Experience working with international or remote teams (especially Thailand) is a plus

• Background in startups or agile environments is highly valued

Nice to Have

• Experience with prototyping tools like Adobe XD or Figma

• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

• Previous experience in SaaS or career development within the career-tech industry is a plus.
