Corporate Investment Executive (M&A) - SCG Clenergy

Responsibilities:

• Explore investment opportunities with a specific focus on inorganic strategies to drive sustainable business growth and market expansion.
• Conduct comprehensive research before making any investment decisions. This includes gaining insights into industry dynamics, market trends, and potential risks associated with the investment.
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, logistic players, and financial advisors to foster a robust network. This network will serve to identify and evaluate potential opportunities for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) or joint ventures.
• Assess the strategic alignment of identified opportunities with the overall corporate objectives. Ensure that potential investments contribute synergistically to the company's long-term goals.
• Prepare valuation modeling to prepare and present comprehensive financial models for assessing potential investments and acquisitions.
• Prepare and seek internal approval

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Economics, Finance or other related fields.
• Over 5 years of M&A, financial analysis and modeling experiences.
• Having experience in consulting firm is considered a plus.
• Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office suite, advanced knowledge of Excel is an advantage.
• Analytical skills with good communication skills.
• Possess flexibility and can-do attitude
