    #ลักษณะงาน

    • รับสายให้บริการข้อมูลลูกค้า ของแอปพลิเคชั่น การสั่งซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์ รวมถึงตอบข้อซักถามแก้ไขปัญหา ต่างๆตามที่ลูกค้าร้องขอ

    • พร้อมทั้งประสานงาน ติดตามและแจ้งผลการดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาให้บริการลูกค้า

    • ทำงาน 5 วัน/สัปดาห์ ( หยุด 2 วัน )

    • ทำงานเป็นกะหมุนเวียน เข้าแค่ กะเช้า กับ กะบ่าย เท่านั้น

    • เวลาทำงานกะ​ เช่น 07.00-16.00 น. , 08.00-17.00 น. / 13.00-22.00 น. , 14.00-23.00 น.


    #คุณสมบัติ

    • ไม่จำกัดเพศ / อายุ ไม่เกิน 40 ปี​

    • วุฒิ ม.6 , ปวช , ปวส​ ขึ้นไป

    • วุฒิ​ ปริญญาตรี​ ( ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ )

    • มีทักษะ​การสื่​อสารเจรจา

    • มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบริการ Customer Service หรือ Call Center และ Telesale​
