Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Actively coordinate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Gather, analyze, and research business requirements.
• Possess strong business acumen to effectively assess market opportunities and make sharp management decisions.
• Capture and document requirements from the business side, identifying the key business challenges that need to be addressed.
• Analyze data to provide insights and solutions that align with business objectives.
• Generate reports or presentations based on data analysis to effectively communicate findings to the business team.
• Demonstrate strong data skills, including a deep understanding of data principles and proficiency in using various analytical tools.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, Economics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Proficient communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) in both Thai and English languages.
• Proficiency in computer software applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of business and information technology terminology.
• Knowledge of programming languages and coding (particularly for IT-focused Business Analyst roles).
• Industry-specific knowledge related to the organization's field (e.g., Retails, Trading, Real Estate).
• Familiarity with processes and policies related to or connected with information technology.
• Ability to develop and propose improvements and upgrades to existing processes.
• Capable of gathering insights from supervisors, executives, and managers across departments regarding business growth and strategic direction.
• Ability to identify gaps between business processes and the potential use of technological advancements to bridge them.
• Ability to evaluate current computer hardware, software, and technologies and recommend new tools or technologies.
• Competence in creating, connecting, and managing various technology tasks, including workflow or policy-related implementations.
• Coordination with various departments, supervisors, stakeholders, and clients.
• Preparation of reports and development of operational procedures based on existing data.
• Regular inspection and maintenance of equipment and technology to ensure optimal functionality.
• Design and test current processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support business development opportunities through research and data analysis.
• Manage costs and plan for potential future business expenses.
