Associate, Strategy & Growth (Deliveries)

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will support P&L management, optimize the platform, and drive growth for GrabMart and GrabExpress.
• You will extract and analyze live data to uncover insights and identify business growth opportunities. You’ll share these findings with peers and leaders.
• You will deliver strategic business insights, vision, and actionable recommendations to various teams, including strategies for new services, process improvements, and competitor analysis.
• You will develop and execute high-level projects in collaboration with internal and regional teams to elevate our Deliveries services.
• You will work closely with internal teams, regional teams, and other business units to achieve shared company goals.

Qualifications

What Skills You Will Need:

• At least 1-3 years experience in related roles. Consulting or E-commerce background are preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build rapport and win over merchants
• Proficient in both verbal and visual communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to throw in big WHAT IF and light up new ideas with rationale attached
• Passionate and agile to excel in a fast-paced team environment, while being able to carry given task through independently
• Ability to invent structural thinking framework and simplify into relevant action plans
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel is required, experience with SQL/R/Python is a plus
