System Analyst

Act as a bridge between users and developers to gather and analyze requirements

Design systems to support business departments (Sales, Marketing, Accounting, HR, Admin areas)

Analyze and solve user-reported system issues

Plan and monitor projects to meet goals, budgets, and timelines

Work with development teams across AS/400, Non-AS400, and SAP S/4HANA

Prepare system documents: design specs, program lists, test scenarios, user manuals, SOX-related docs

Conduct system testing and support UAT with users

Provide user training and post-implementation support

Coordinate with the System Management team to align system plans with business goals

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related fields

Experience: 1–2 years in system analysis or development

Certification: AS400, Non-AS400, SAP or other relevant IT certifications (optional but a plus)

AS/400 (RPG, CL, Query), SAP S/4HANA .NET, VB, Java, Oracle, MS SQL Server

Microsoft Office proficiency

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
