Provide consultation and propose solutions for business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Design and plan solutions, including workflow optimization and requirement refinement, integrating security and data governance considerations.

Develop and manage project plans with defined milestones and timelines, including identifying necessary inputs for successful solution development.

Build, enhance, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), VBA, and API integrations, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and error minimization.

Monitor and maintain solution performance, provide technical support, and implement continuous improvement practices.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for design, development, testing, and deployment.

Stay updated on technology trends in low-code platforms and automation, applying innovative methodologies to improve organizational capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer, IT, or related field.

Experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.

Strong analytical and system design skills

Knowledge of database design, API integration, and UX/UI principles is an advantage.

Good communication and stakeholder management abilities are an advantage.

Ability to manage small to medium-sized projects and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Experience in banking, retail credit, or collection processes will be considered a strong advantage.
