• Develop and execute media buying strategies across various digital platforms, including social media, search engines, programmatic advertising, and display networks.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyze consumer behavior, and optimize media buying efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to negotiate media buying contracts and secure advantageous rates.
• Monitor campaign performance, adjust budgets, and optimize media placements to achieve maximum ROI.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from digital marketing campaigns, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
• Oversee the management and optimization of various digital platforms, including websites, landing pages, mobile applications, and marketing automation systems.

1. Professional Requirement:
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic buying platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media analytics, and marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing strategies.
• Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
2. Education:
• Bachelor's degree in communication, business management, or a related field.
3. Work Experience:
• 3+ years experiences of marketing experience.
• Working experience in startups, agencies, or digital banking.
4. Language skill:
• Proficient in Vietnamese and either English or Chinese is a must.
