Assist Warehouse and Logistics Department Manager (SUNSU)

Supervise and monitor daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and delivery.

Manage and evaluate third-party warehouse (3PL) performance to ensure service quality, space optimization, and cost efficiency.

Plan and maximize warehouse space utilization across in-house and external facilities to support business growth and seasonal volume.

Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO, food safety, and hygiene standards throughout warehouse operations.

Coordinate logistics and distribution planning to ensure on-time delivery to customers, distributors, and modern trade channels.

Monitor inventory accuracy, lead stock counts, and maintain variance within acceptable levels.

Support the Department Manager in developing and improving warehouse layout, material handling systems, and operational workflows.

Analyze and control warehouse and logistics costs; propose and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Track, analyze, and report KPIs such as warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, and logistics service levels.

Coordinate with Supply Planning, Procurement, Production, and Sales teams to align delivery and replenishment plans.

Lead and support WMS (Warehouse Management System) implementation and continuous process digitalization.

Thai nationality only.

Age between 30–40 years.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, Transportation Management, or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of proven progressive experience in 3PL warehouse and logistics operations.

Ability to work under pressure, manage peak seasons, and respond effectively to supply disruptions.
