Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact.
Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within your accounts, and work to expand client portfolios.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, product, etc.) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs.
Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on account performance, project progress, and client satisfaction. Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can drive account strategy.
Client Advocacy: Advocate for client needs within the organization, ensuring that their concerns are addressed and that they receive the highest level of service.
Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise, maintaining a positive relationship with the client.
Budget Management: Oversee account budgets, ensuring that all work is delivered within agreed financial parameters.
Strategy Development: Work with clients to develop strategic plans that align with their business goals, offering solutions that drive success.
Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and client satisfaction.
Networking: Attend industry events and network with potential clients to grow the client base.
Yêu cầu
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client services, preferably within media advertising or digital agency industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with CRM software and project management tools.
• Must possess native-level proficiency in English, with excellent skills in speaking, reading, and writing.
