Responsibilities

• User-Centric Design: Understand client and user needs deeply, translating insights into visually appealing, functional design solutions for both B2C and POS products.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, sales, and marketing teams to align design with business objectives and support smooth product launches.
• Prototype Development: Create and iterate on product prototypes to gather feedback and make data-driven design improvements before finalizing designs.
• Feedback Integration: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from internal teams and users to refine and improve designs.
• Budget Management: Consider project budgets and timelines to create feasible design plans, ensuring high-quality outcomes within set constraints.
• Market & User Research: Stay updated on design trends and competitor products to inform and inspire fresh ideas aligned with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 3-6 years of experience in UX/UI or product design, preferably with experience in B2C and/or POS products
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, highlighting proficiency in user-centered design, visual storytelling, and problem-solving
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user psychology
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present and explain design decisions
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams
