Responsibilities:

• Working closely with a friendly team to understand project goals and refine problem statements.
• Executing customer experience strategies aligned with squad objectives.
• Creating high-quality, inclusive customer experiences across all touchpoints.
• Collaborating with the product design team to align design briefs and priorities.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience through cross-functional teamwork.
• Conducting user research when necessary and applying best practices.
• Producing impactful reports that leave a lasting impression.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working with UX/UI design.
• Experience with Graphic design, Interaction design or relevant.
• Experience in UX (User experience) and UI (User Interface) of Application (iOS, Android) and Website.
• Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, Invision and Adobe (Require; Adobe illustrator, Adobe photoshop, Adobe aftereffect) .
• Understand Application lifecycle.
• Ability to work independently or with a group
