System Analyst

Act as a bridge between users and developers to gather and analyze requirements

Design systems to support business departments (Sales, Marketing, Accounting, HR, Admin)

Analyze and resolve system issues reported by users

Plan and monitor projects to meet goals, budgets, and timelines

Work with development teams across AS/400, Non-AS400, and SAP S/4HANA

Prepare system documentation such as design specifications, program lists, test scenarios, user manuals, and SOX-related documents

Conduct system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Provide user training and post-implementation support

Coordinate with the System Management team to align system plans with business goals

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields

1–2 years of experience in system analysis or development

Certifications in AS400, Non-AS400, SAP, or related IT fields (optional, but a plus)

Knowledge of AS/400 (RPG, CL, Query), SAP S/4HANA, .NET, VB, Java, Oracle, MS SQL Server

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure
