Responsibilities

• Own and lead end-to-end digital projects – from planning and stakeholder alignment to execution and reporting

• Translate business strategies into actionable digital solutions with measurable outcomes

• Work closely with business functions to identify opportunities and solve problems through digital initiatives

• Coordinate across teams, vendors, and partners to ensure successful delivery of each project

• Monitor progress, manage risks, and drive execution excellence

• Support strategic reviews, digital governance, and innovation events

• Provided support through ad-hoc task execution as assigned by supervisor
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. A background in Information Technology or Computer Engineering is a plus.

• A self-starter who’s confident leading projects and managing multiple stakeholders

• At least 3 years of experience in digital projects, transformation, or business strategy roles

• Strong skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, and business analysis

• Able to navigate complexity, prioritize independently, and communicate clearly

• Passionate about digital innovation, continuous learning, and making things happen

• Good command of English (TOEIC Score 600 and above)
