Solution Integration Manager - R&D Center

Major responsibility:

• Act as the primary liaison between engineering teams and solution business stakeholders 

• Translate solution needs into actionable technical specifications for engineering implementation 

• Align integration activities with platform capabilities and business objectives 

• Co-design system integration approaches, including APIs, data flows, and validation plans 

• Coordinate PoC deployment, ensuring field-readiness and scalability 

• Support domain teams in customizing and deploying platform-based applications 

• Proactively identify and resolve integration risks and bottlenecks 

• Occasional travel within the Southeast Asia region may be required 

Required Qualifications: 

• 3+ years in system integration, solution engineering, or software delivery 

• Proven ability to translate domain needs into technical deliverables 

• Fast learner with the ability to grasp emerging technologies and market trends 

• Strong foundation in enterprise system interoperability 

• Industry experience in energy, data centers, or building automation 

• Excellent communication and coordination skills across functional and cultural boundaries 

• Fluent in English (Thai and Mandarin a plus) 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with data-driven industrial platforms (e.g., DCIM, EMS, IIoT/SCADA) 

• Experience supporting software-driven solution businesses in Southeast Asia 

• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and PoC/pilot delivery
