  • Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.

  • Manage the data customer quality issues.

  • Proactively handle customers’ enquiries on trading-related.

  • Take ownership of major incidents to ensuring coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post incident review.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues via email or chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintain proper documentation for claims, report and corrective actions

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to customer service, such as updating customer information, processing orders, and maintaining customer records.

  • Create and maintain information repository including user guides, FAQ’s, training materials and knowledgebase article.

  • Report and monitor project progress to successfully deliver results according to the target timeline.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor's degree of Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.

  • Have experience 1-3 years will be advantage

  • Automotive (Power product) background. (advantage)

  • Good command of English. (TOEIC score 550up)

  • Excellent in interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency and expertise in using MS office Tools. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Able to join in teams work and work under pressure.
