Mô tả công việc
- Take recruiting for both Vietnam and regional markets (Thailand, Malaysia, v.v).
- Take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment for assigned departments (Digital, Creative, Tech, Operations, etc.).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through LinkedIn, job sites, and referrals.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to define role requirements, job scopes, and evaluation criteria.
- Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate assessments.
- Manage offer negotiations and follow up through onboarding.
- Keep updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent insights.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
- At least 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the digital marketing/game industries.
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment for creative, and marketing roles.
- Experience in headhunting or recruitment agencies is strongly preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, social platforms, and other professional networks.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using Google Workspace, ATS and HR systems.
- Good command of English (speaking & writing)
