- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to understand ops performance and root causes
- Follow up with Product team to understand key features roadmap and their implication on ops
- Propose ops dashboards and KPI tracking to monitor key metrics
- Lead cross-functional meetings to drive collaboration and project execution
- Map out and optimize core ops process

- 4+ experience in a technology-driven industry, with good understanding of product features
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Good at task organization and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
