  • Identify potential clients in the target market opportunity for staffing and payroll services.

  • Establish and cultivate good relationships with clients with understanding their IT and/or staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our sourcing and managed services.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

  • Develop positive relationships with prospective clients and enhance growing partnership with existing client relationships.

  • Plan and develop good business development and sales plans to achieve monthly targets.

  • Join relevant networking activities or events to meet and obtain prospective clients and business opportunities.

  • Generate and develop business proposals, services contracts to potential clients and project bidding.

  • Work closely with operation team for services proposal and related matters to enhance successful sales and business development.

  • Responsible for contracts and pricing agreements negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for the team.

  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of staffing, sourcing and managed services to clients.

  • Keep close relationship with clients and collect clients feedback data to implementing necessary services improvement with Supervisor.

  • Handle tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Yêu cầu

  • Proven track record in business development, selling, and negotiation.

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in selling IT Staffing services, Payroll services and IT related services.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build customer relationships.

  • Strong understanding of the IT services and staffing services industry and market trends

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills both in Thai and English

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to achieve targets and driven by sales incentive

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Willingness to grow and learn for greater opportunities

  • Native Thai speaker with good English proficiency is MANDATORY
