- Tham gia dự án triển khai toàn cầu SAP SuccessFactors, phối hợp với đối tác Hàn Quốc và đội ngũ nội địa.
- Thu thập yêu cầu nghiệp vụ, thực hiện phân tích fit-gap và đề xuất giải pháp tối ưu theo chuẩn SAP.
- Cấu hình và tùy chỉnh các module SuccessFactors, ưu tiên: Employee Central; tùy chọn: Performance & Goals, Recruitment, Compensation, Learning, Onboarding.
- Hỗ trợ UAT, xử lý sự cố và xây dựng tài liệu đào tạo, vận hành cho người dùng.
- Thực hiện tích hợp giữa SuccessFactors và SAP HCM/S/4HANA hoặc hệ thống thứ ba qua SAP CPI/PI hoặc API.
- Hỗ trợ sau go-live, đảm bảo hệ thống hoạt động ổn định theo SLA.
- Phối hợp làm việc trong môi trường Agile/Scrum hoặc mô hình hỗn hợp theo phương pháp của HQ.
Yêu cầu
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
- Participation in at least one end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation project.
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification in at least one module (Employee Central preferred).
- Proficient in configuration via Admin Center and provisioning tools (Instance Sync, Role-Based Permissions, etc.).
- Strong understanding of global HCM processes (hire-to-retire) and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with Integration Center, SAP CPI, or API-based integrations is an advantage.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal) to collaborate in a multinational team.
- Willingness to work with Korean clients; knowledge of Korean corporate culture is a plus.
- Previous experience in Korean IT companies or Korean-led projects is advantageous.
- Korean language skills are a strong advantage.
- Familiar with JIRA, Confluence, SAP Solution Manager, or similar tools.
- Strong problem-solving ability and communication in cross-cultural teams.
- Willing to travel to Korea or other countries as required by the project.
