I. ROLE PURPOSE

This role exists to implement, optimize, and support SAP systems for seamless enterprise operations. It primarily serves finance, supply chain, HR, and operations teams by delivering efficient processes, accurate reporting, and scalable solutions. Through this, it supports Pizza 4P’s mission of Delivering WOW and Sharing Happiness, embodying our values of peace, purpose, and partnership.

II. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Requirements Gathering & Solution Consulting

• Consult with departments to identify needs and recommend tailored SAP solutions.

• Gather and analyze business requirements from finance, operations, and supply chain teams.

• Advise on optimal SAP module configurations (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD) for restaurant processes.

• Propose integrations with POS, Accounting, SCM, and external systems.

• Keep close collaboration with business partner to understand ERP procedures, workflows.

2. Solution Design & Implementation Advisory

• Guide the design, testing, and rollout of SAP enhancements through expert recommendations.

• Design customized workflows, reports, and dashboards based on departmental input.

• Recommend testing strategies, go-live plans, and user training programs.

• Document solutions with clear rationale and impact assessments.

• Work closely with vendor to validate designed system, ensure the solution resolve business pain points.

• Assist & monitor UAT/ training to ensure the solution fully adopted by business partner.

3. Ongoing Advisory & Optimization Support

• Provide continuous consulting to optimize SAP usage and drive departmental efficiency.

• Offer troubleshooting, upgrade advice, and performance tuning recommendations.

• Mentor cross-functional teams on SAP best practices and adoption.

• Collaborate on strategic roadmaps, reviewing metrics and suggesting improvements.

Education Background

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Language Proficiency

Required: English – Advanced (spoken & written)

Relevant Experience

Required: At least 3 years in SAP consulting or implementation, with a proven track record leading SAP BeOne module configurations (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD), departmental advisory, and enterprise-wide optimizations or upgrades.

Preferred: SAP certification in SAP Business One (BeOne); HANA certification or experience is nice to have.

Stakeholder Influence & Collaboration

Required: Experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to implement talent strategies.

Industry or Domain Expertise

Required: Experience in F&B or service-driven industries is a plus.

Preferred: Strong consulting skills: requirements gathering, solution design, stakeholder advising, and process improvements across departments; Proficiency in SAP BeOne modules, reporting tools, troubleshooting, and documentation.
