Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting private enterprise clients for Solar PV System EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects, as well as other energy-related products and services within the group
Analyze client needs and propose tailored energy solutions that align with their business goals.
Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation, proposal development, and client presentation to contract negotiation and deal closure—to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as engineering, finance, marketing, and operations to deliver comprehensive and customized solutions.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to support executive decision-making and business planning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to expand market reach and enter new industries or territories.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a related role, preferably in the Solar PV EPC or renewable energy sector with a focus on private sector clients.
Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
Basic knowledge of solar technology, EV solutions, and energy-related services is an advantage.
Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
