We are looking for an exceptional IT Project Manager who combines strong project leadership, technical fluency, and the ability to improve how organizations work.

The IT Project Manager leads complex, high-impact projects from shaping through delivery and outcome measurement. Projects may be organizational, process-focused, technology-enabled, or a combination. This role gets the relevant teams aligned on how to deliver the outcome.

This is not a project-administration or pure task-tracking position. The successful candidate turns unclear work into a project that teams can deliver, makes trade-offs visible, and gets decisions made. Business and delivery teams remain accountable for their decisions, commitments, and outputs. The IT Project Manager is accountable for the quality and integrity of project management.

• Shape complex projects by clarifying the outcome, scope, ownership, success measures, delivery model, decision rights, major dependencies, and operating path.
• Lead integrated delivery across the relevant business, functional, operational, technical, and external partners. Each team remains accountable for its own commitments and specialist decisions.
• Keep an independent view of project health, based on evidence. Raise missed commitments, hidden dependencies, capacity conflicts, readiness gaps, and blocked decisions early enough for leaders to act.
• Turn complex situations into clear choices and recommendations. Facilitate alignment, challenge unsupported commitments, and escalate material issues when they exceed the project team’s authority.
• Design project structures, governance, information flows, and decision mechanisms that are proportionate to the project’s risk and complexity - not heavier than necessary.
• Diagnose recurring delivery, coordination, decision, or organizational problems. Where assigned, test practical improvements and help teams adopt the approaches that demonstrably work.
• Reduce administrative coordination through better practices, data, automation, and responsible use of AI, keeping human ownership and judgment explicit.
• Beyond their own projects, coach other Project Managers to improve and raise the standard of the PM team.

• A strong record of leading complex, high-impact cross-functional projects involving multiple teams, senior stakeholders, and significant ambiguity or organizational change.
• Excellent command of project shaping, planning, dependency management, risk and change management, readiness, stakeholder alignment, and outcome measurement.
• Can diagnose and improve processes or ways of working, not just document them, with data-driven mindset. Must show a case where the change improved decisions, delivery reliability, quality, speed, or collaboration.
• Understands how ownership, incentives, capacity, information, governance, technology, and team boundaries affect delivery.
• Sound business judgment and the ability to connect project work to customer, financial, operational, and strategic outcomes.
• Strong technical fluency. Can understand architecture, software delivery, data, security, integration, reliability, and operational constraints. Can challenge assumptions, identify risks and dependencies, and work with technical leaders to make sound decisions.
• Excellent communication. Can influence, negotiate, and resolve conflict through judgment and relationships without direct authority.
• High professional integrity and intellectual honesty. Reports the real state of work, even when inconvenient. Separates facts, forecasts, assumptions, targets, and proposals. Does not hide problems, overstate progress, manipulate evidence, or use polished language to cover weak substance. Changes position when the facts change.
• Keeps process light. Adds only the structure needed for reliable delivery and decisions in a fast-moving environment.
• Practical use of data, automation, and AI to improve work. Keeps the accountable decision owner clear.
• Experience in fintech, regulated industries, product development, enterprise transformation, or organization design is preferred.
