• Working as a bridge between business users and the technical team, understanding both business requirements, technical requirement, and their constraints
• Conducting research from various sources to extract an insightful data based on the given point before communicating them to supervisors/clients in either presentation or verbal conversation
• Analyzing the client’s current IT capabilities. This can involve highly technical assessments of people capabilities, methods/processes/best practices, and technologies
• Identifying potential flaws or issues within the IT system and suggesting solutions to help transform technology usage with approaches to achieve them
• Accelerating projects using robust approach in delivering desired outcome at different stages being, Project Initiation, Project Planning, Project Execution, Project Monitoring and Control, and Project Closing
• Exercising IT project practices in different phases (Project Planning, Requirement Gathering, Technical Designing, Testing, Deployment, Support, and Project Closure) to ensure deliverables with quality for each milestones

• Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• At least 1 year of experience in IT Consultant field
• Good communication skill is required
• Able to learn new things outside of comfort zone
• Have basic knowledge of businesses
• Good command of English reading and writing
• Experiences in IT project management is a plus

• Communication skills – technology consultants should also be strong written and verbal communicators, since they interact with personnel throughout their clients’ organizations and frequently work with technology vendors
