Main objectives and Summary

• Monitor and maintain the operational health of financial systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and impact on business operations.
• Work closely with development teams to implement and validate fixes and enhancements in the production environment.
• Experience in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines and Terraform for efficient deployment and rollback of applications is a plus.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and enhancements, focusing on stability and scalability.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to production support processes and system configurations.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of production support procedures, including automation of repetitive tasks.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks.

Mandatory

• Working hours: Tuesday to Saturday
• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related fields.
• 0-10 years’ experience in a production support role, with a strong focus on Java technologies, including SpringBoot and SQL. (Fresh Grad is Welcome)
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure, with a focus on quick recovery and minimizing impact.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with AWS lambda, Python and React is a plus
• Knowledge in Banking business is a plus (e.g., Financial Marketing, Trading)
• Experiencing with Agile methodology
• Experience in using Jira/Confluence/SharePoint is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical issues and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and fluent in English
