As our Product Manager, you'll be instrumental in shaping the core of our user interactions by significantly advancing our voice technologies. You'll take full ownership of the product lifecycle for our ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) and TTS (Text-to-Speech) systems, from defining the strategic roadmap and identifying key customer needs to overseeing development and launch.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ASR and TTS technologies, aligning with overall company objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify unmet needs and opportunities within voice AI.
- Translate business goals and user needs into detailed product requirements and user stories for engineering and data science teams.
- Oversee the entire development lifecycle of ASR and TTS systems, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality implementation.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to analyze performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and drive technical improvements.
- Lead initiatives to drive innovations aimed at reducing error rates and latency in voice interactions, continuously pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
- Manage iterative testing and quality enhancement processes for voice systems, ensuring robust and reliable performance.
- Maintain a strong understanding of emerging voice AI trends and technologies to keep our products at the cutting edge.
- Communicate product updates, performance, and strategic direction to various stakeholders across all organizational levels.
Yêu cầu
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on Voice AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Machine Learning (ML) technologies (specifically ASR/TTS).
- Demonstrated customer empathy, combined with a first-principles approach to problem-solving and a mindset of extreme ownership.
- Proven skills in improving ASR accuracy and TTS effectiveness, with an understanding of the underlying technical challenges.
- Extensive experience in iterative testing and quality enhancement of complex voice systems.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
- A strong focus on driving innovation to reduce error rates and latency in voice interactions, with a portfolio showcasing relevant achievements.
- Ability to define, articulate, and execute product strategy from concept to launch and iteration.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions and measure success.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cognitive Science, or a related technical field.
