People Solutions Design (HROD) Intern

Responsibilities

• Design and launch Communication via many channels concerning Culture & Employee Engagement

• Gather data and analyze to design activities and plans

• Engage in Culture and Employee Engagement workshop

• Handle ad hoc tasks as needed and other tasks as assigned by superior

• Support the OD Team for other assignments if needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• University students in Liberal Arts, Communications, HR or related fields

• Having eager to learn

• Love meeting and helping people

• Be able to use excel, analyze data and generate dashboard

• Be able to design posters or communication tools- infographic

• Be interested in making and helping people happy to work

• Good written and presentation communication skills
