Operations Support Executive (Hybrid)

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Support Executive to manage data and operational metrics for our digital platform across Southeast Asia, including Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and other regional markets. This role ensures operational data and metrics are accurate, up to date and key operational KPIs are closely tracked to support platform growth and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Job Posting Management 

• Manage job, career and education database across the platform
  

• Research, review, upload, and maintain dataset
  

• Ensure all postings meet quality, formatting, and compliance standards
  

• Flag and resolve duplicate, expired, or inaccurate listings

Communication & Outreach

• Email Correspondence: Handle professional email communications with partner companies regarding job approvals, renewals, or inquiries.

• Partnership Support: Act as the first point of contact for employers to assist with their posting experience.

Data Monitoring and Reporting

• Monitor job performance metrics such as views and activity levels
  

• Track article performance and content visibility
  

• Maintain data accuracy across dashboards and internal systems
  

• Identify anomalies and escalate issues when needed

Platform Support

• Assist in updating content and job-related information
  

• Help improve workflows for better operational efficiency

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  

• High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
  

• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and CMS platforms
  

• Able to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
  

• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setup

Nice to Have

• Experience in job platforms, HR tech, or marketplace operations
  

• Familiarity with basic data analysis or reporting tools
  

• Experience supporting remote job marketplaces
