Operations Analyst

How You'll Make an Impact

We’re looking for two (2) proactive Operations Analysts to set up, run, and continuously improve our data operations. You’ll keep pipelines and portals reliable, ensure lead flows and enrichments are timely and accurate, and produce clear operational reporting so our telesales and product teams can move fast with confidence. You’ll work closely with analysts, engineers, and operators to identify issues early, address root causes, and elevate operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Configure and maintain lead intake, routing, and enrichment flows.

• Own daily lead allocation/reallocation to meet SLAs.

• Run enrichment jobs and health checks; resolve anomalies quickly.

• Reconcile AGI product data (inputs, outputs, transactions) and close mismatches.

• Maintain the telesales portal (access, views, widgets, permissions).

• Ship daily/weekly ops dashboards; set alerts for freshness, volume, and error rates.

• Keep SOPs/runbooks current; drive RCA and prevention for data issues.

• Propose small process/tooling improvements to reduce manual work.

1–3 years in operations/data ops/business ops/RevOps or similar.

Solid SQL (joins, windows, aggregations) and spreadsheets; one BI tool (Metabase/Power BI/Tableau/Looker).

Basic ETL/ELT knowledge; able to read job logs and triage incidents.

Meticulous, responsive, calm under pressure; strong ownership mindset.
