Officer : Finance & Accounting - Cashier (AXTRA Happitat)

Key Responsibility:

• Responsibility for the cashier duties in the absence of the cashier supervisor during their leave.

• Prepare cashier, change, equipment, and ensure readiness for service.

• Supervise and control the operational performance of the cashier.

• Compile reports on work performance and provide solutions to superiors.

• Develop and improve service processes to meet standards.

• Execute tasks as assigned, completing them on time and accurately.

Qualifications:

• Experience in finance for over 3 years.

• Experience in retail business and mixed used retail operation.

• Proven working experience as Accounts Receivable.

• Customer service orientation and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in basic Microsoft programs.

• Effective leadership skills and adept at solving specific problems.

• Positive mindset and open to change Capable of managing teams and working collaboratively.

• Detail-oriented.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
