Phu My Hung Development Corporation is a leading urban developer in Vietnam and the pioneer behind Phu My Hung Urban Area – one of the first international-standard model urban developments in Ho Chi Minh City.
Established on May 19th, 1993 as a joint venture between the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee (represented by Tan Thuan Industrial Promotion Company – IPC) and Central Trading & Development Group (CT&D – Taiwan), the company has played a key role in shaping integrated urban areas combining financial, commercial, educational, cultural, and service functions.

We are currently recruiting for the position of Manager, HRBP to work at HCM:
• Act as a strategic HR Business Partner by analyzing business performance metrics and translating them into HR priorities and action plans under the guidance of the Senior Manager, HRBP.
HR Process & Policy
• Coordinate and manage HR processes including contract renewals, training, personnel changes, and exit procedures for employees from middle-management level and below.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and processes to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in developing SOPs and HR policies as assigned.
• Conduct investigations when necessary and support disciplinary actions in compliance with company protocols.
Employee Relations
• Handle employee relations matter within assigned business units.
Performance Management, Training & Development
• Support performance review cycles and provide guidance to managers and employees on goal setting and performance evaluation.
• Address performance-related issues and coach managers on feedback and improvement plans.
• Follow up, arrange logistics, and collect relevant documentation related to training and development activities.
Engagement Activities
• Ensure effective internal communication and foster a collaborative workplace environment.
Other Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing reports, HR projects, and organizational development initiatives.
• Ensure daily HR practices comply with internal policies and labor regulations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to ensure timely and quality hiring.
Yêu cầu
Education
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
Experience
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3–5 years in HRBP, supervisory, or equivalent advisory roles.
• Previous experience in a multinational corporation or a fast-paced, matrixed organization is an advantage.
Specialized Skills
• Strong knowledge of HRBP practices, HR operations, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and HR best practices.
Soft Skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently and diplomatically across all organizational levels.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• High emotional intelligence, including self-awareness, empathy, and interpersonal sensitivity.
• Strong discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
• Effective presentation and facilitation skills, including conducting meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
