Preventive Maintenance

• Regularly inspect and service Machining, Die casting Machines according to the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedules.

Corrective Maintenance

• Troubleshoot and identify issues when the Machining, Die casting Machines break down or operate inefficiently.

• Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic failures in the machines and determine appropriate solutions

Spare Parts Management

• Maintain a well-organized inventory of critical spare parts for Machining, Die casting Machines.

Documentation and Reporting

• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including the date of service, parts replaced, and any issues encountered.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field

• Able to work in shift

• Understanding of machinery, tools, and equipment systems.

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance (reactive repairs when issues arise).

• Skills in troubleshooting problems in machinery or equipment and finding effective solutions

• Good command of English (TOEIC score 500 up) if have skill in Japanese is an advantage

• Experience in PLC Ladder Diagram, Robot System is a plus

• Computer literacy (MS. Office)
