Responsibilities

• Design, oversee, and improve the customer experience and visual appearance of Guss Damn Good stores, affiliated brand stores, event booths, and pop-ups to ensure they are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and aligned with customer needs.

• Design, oversee, and improve various signage used in-store to ensure they are visually appealing and effective for product sales.

• Design in-store customer experiences to enhance usability and satisfaction.

• Coordinate with relevant parties such as other Guss teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field such as Architecture, Industrial Design, or similar, with knowledge in spatial and experience design.

• Proficient in SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.

• Creative approach to design, combining aesthetics with functional usability.

• Strong communication and coordination skills with both internal and external parties.
