  • Analyze data to produce quantitative insights, pinpoint key issues, and outline qualitative research to uncover underlying problems.
  • Conduct surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions to understand fleets’ end-to-end working experience and identify potential issues affecting productivity, retention, and overall work environment
  • Initiate, strategize, and execute community-focused recommendations and programmes aimed at improving driver retention, including loyalty programmes and high-performer programmes
  • Translate insights into strategic recommendations and present them to leaders through clear, structured, and visually compelling presentations
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive implementation of initiatives and continuous improvement plans

Yêu cầu

  • 2–5 years of work experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; majors in Business, Analytics, or Engineering preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL is a plus
  • Experience in logistics, delivery, or e-commerce within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment is a plus
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure; self-driven and adaptable to a dynamic environment
  • High curiosity and openness to challenges
