Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring that the supplying process in our store is fully integrated with the communication and selling processes.

• Work closely with ComIn and sales colleagues, securing that together we focus on the same commercial priorities.

• Use supply process expertise to secure that my team creates excellence in the area of availability, balancing range & space, forecasting and ordering in my store, in order to achieve agreed Service Level at lowest possible cost.

• Do this to strengthen the main objectives of IKEA to be leader in life at home in our local market and achieve growth and sustained long term profitability.

Qualifications:

• Significant leadership experience in Retail or Supply Chain, have experience within Sales and Goods flow is preferred

• Advanced computer skills including MS Office, Excel

• The ability to work both on tactical and operational level with a track record of getting things done.

• Specialist profile with the ability to act as a trainer & coach

• Ability to use common sense and make objective decisions based on analysis of the information available.

• A desire to question practices and the ability to look for different/new ways of solving problems

• The ability to work through others, set priorities and delegate responsibility and give open and honest feedback
