Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies for product introduction, modification, and discontinuation to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.

• Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring: Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions, monitor performance metrics, and optimize product clustering strategies.

• Process Management and Automation: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement automated workflows, reducing manual processes and increasing productivity.

• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams to provide data-driven product recommendations and ensure seamless execution of business strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, Science, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in business development or strategy development.

• Experience in the retail industry is a plus.

• Excellence in data analysis, can use SQL & knowledge of automation tools is a plus.

• Creative and strategic thinker.

• Proven experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.

• Strong team player with adaptability to change.

• Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration and customer interaction.
