Business Analyst

Gather requirements from clients, understand business rules, and ensure alignment with development teams

Prepare proposals and supporting documents for tender/bid submissions

Translate business needs by developing business requirements and functional specifications as documents, Business flow and System/Data Flow for the implementation of business solutions

Communicate and negotiate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure a balance of usability and fit with IT Solution and architecture

Serve as contact person between clients and internal team to update project status

Lead UAT/SIT with customers; provide training or knowledge transfer to ensure clients fully understand the system

Focus on efficient work by creating clear project timelines, identifying dependencies, and planning projects accordingly

Review and provide feedback for improvement on junior business analyst’s documents

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields

At least 1 year experience in Project Management or as a Business Analyst in related fields

Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical skills, and systematic thinking

Flexible and able to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure
