Account Manager

JOB OVERVIEW:

Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams. Core priority is addressing client needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships.

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:

Client Service

• Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs

• Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships

• Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals

• Stay on top of accounts, making sure client receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs

Project Running

• Follow bidding process with internal teams.

• Provide ideas and execution solutions based on client understanding and expertise.

• Create cost estimation and ensure within client budget

• Manage and oversee project running including problem-solving, directing set-up, communicating with operation staff, and organizing vendors.

• Evaluate project success and submit reports

Leadership

• Assign and manage workload of staff to ensure the project timeline.

• Ensure project quality as of client's expectation.

• Provide assistance and training to your staffs for their career development.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in events/activations is required.

• Enthusiasm for event/activation

• Excellent communication skills

• Good use of English, both written and verbal

• Good presentation skill

• Competence in Microsoft Office
