Around 5–15 years of professional experience in policy analysis, political science, public administration, government affairs, or a closely related field.

An advanced degree such as an MPP, MPA, PhD, or an equivalent postgraduate qualification in public policy, political science, economics, or public administration.

Extensive experience evaluating public policies and programs using qualitative and quantitative research methods to assess effectiveness, efficiency, and broader outcomes.

Strong expertise in regulatory-impact analysis, including assessing the economic, social, legal, and operational effects of proposed or existing regulations.

Proven ability to conduct stakeholder analysis, understand competing interests, and translate complex evidence into clear, practical recommendations for governments, organizations, or decision-makers.
