Junior Graphic Designer (BEARHOUSE)

Basic Design Tasks

• Design and create artwork for online media, printed materials, and advertising based on provided briefs

• Develop design assets derived from existing Key Visuals (KV), including social media assets, in-store signage, POP, and POSM

• Prepare production-ready files and deliver them accurately to relevant teams

Creative Support & Idea Development

• Contribute initial ideas or simple creative directions to support team concepts

• Assist in designing Key Visuals for new menus or campaigns at a supporting level

• Interpret marketing briefs and translate them into clear and effective design outputs

Brand & Practical Design Work

• Produce designs that align with Brand CI and revise artwork based on feedback

• Coordinate with marketing teams, operations, or printing vendors when required

• Design in-store materials with consideration for real-world usage and production limitations

Working with AI (Beginner-Friendly)

• Use basic AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or simple AI assistants to organize ideas and speed up the design process

• Utilize AI for reference gathering, mood boards, or creative inspiration

• Demonstrate openness to experimenting with AI tools; advanced expertise is not required

Learning & Growth

• Stay updated on graphic design trends, styles, and online content

• Continuously develop skills related to design, layout, and basic software tools

• Grow professionally within a positive and supportive team environment

Small Project Responsibilities

• Handle small design assignments or support tasks within larger campaigns

• Deliver work within assigned timelines appropriate to a junior-level role

• Education: Bachelors degree or higher

• Experience: No experience required / Open to fresh graduates

• Relevant Fields: Visual Communication, Communication Design, or related design fields

• Able to use Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, and basic Google Drive tools

• Creative and enjoys designing various types of media

• Interested in social media and up-to-date with current trends

• Detail-oriented and able to review work carefully

• Able to use basic AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or AI reference tools for research or idea development
