Master's Degree in Human Resources / MBA HR / MSW

2-4 years of HR Generalist experience

Experience in Automobile Dealerships, Automotive Retail, or related Service Industries preferred

Hands-on experience in Labor Laws and Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, etc.)

Experience in Payroll Management, Attendance Management, and HR Operations

Experience in Volume Hiring / Bulk Hiring and Frontline Workforce Recruitment

Strong knowledge of Performance Management Systems (PMS) and Employee Training Programs
