Financial Reporting Officer (SUNSU)

ช่วยตรวจสอบและยืนยันความถูกต้องของรายการบัญชีค่าใช้จ่ายล่วงหน้าที่บันทึกโดยทีม Transaction Service เช่น เงินมัดจำ เงินจ่ายล่วงหน้า และรายการอื่น ๆ พร้อมควบคุมการตัดค่าใช้จ่ายให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานการบัญชี

เข้าร่วมตรวจนับสินค้าคงคลังร่วมกับทีมคลังสินค้า และจัดทำรายงานกระทบยอดสินค้าคงเหลือ

ตรวจสอบและบันทึกต้นทุนขาย (COGS) ให้ถูกต้องในระบบบัญชี

บันทึกรายการบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสินทรัพย์ถาวร เช่น การซื้อ การจำหน่าย และการคำนวณค่าเสื่อมราคาก่อนบันทึกบัญชี พร้อมจัดทำตารางสินทรัพย์และเอกสารประกอบอย่างเป็นระบบ

จัดทำและปรับปรุงตารางรายละเอียดของสินทรัพย์ประเภทอื่น ๆ ทั้งสินทรัพย์หมุนเวียนและไม่หมุนเวียน เช่น เงินมัดจำและเงินประกันต่าง ๆ

จัดทำรายงานกระทบยอดบัญชีธนาคาร (Bank Reconciliation) ก่อนเสนอให้ผู้จัดการฝ่าย Financial Reporting และ Tax Compliance ตรวจสอบและอนุมัติ

ช่วยตรวจสอบบัญชีหนี้สินที่ไม่ใช่เจ้าหนี้การค้า เช่น เจ้าหนี้อื่น ค่าใช้จ่ายค้างจ่าย และเงินสำรองต่าง ๆ ให้มีการปรับปรุงอย่างถูกต้องและทันเวลา

จัดทำตารางประกอบบัญชีหนี้สินที่ไม่ใช่เจ้าหนี้การค้า เช่น ค่าใช้จ่ายค้างจ่าย ภาษีค้างจ่าย (VAT / ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย) และรายได้รับล่วงหน้า

บันทึกดอกเบี้ยจ่ายและตัดจำหน่ายเงินกู้ประเภทต่าง ๆ อย่างถูกต้อง พร้อมจัดทำตารางบัญชีเงินกู้อย่างสม่ำเสมอ

จัดทำและปรับปรุงตารางประกอบบัญชีหนี้สินอื่น ๆ ทั้งระยะสั้นและระยะยาว

จัดทำรายงานหรือข้อมูลทางบัญชีเพิ่มเติมตามที่หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องร้องขอ (หากมี)

ดูแลการบันทึกข้อมูลลงในระบบ ERP ให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และสอดคล้องกัน

ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการฝ่าย Financial Reporting

Assist in reviewing and verifying accounting entries related to prepaid expenses recorded by the Transaction Service team, such as deposits, advance payments, and others, ensuring consistent amortization in accordance with accounting standards.

Participate in physical inventory counts with warehouse staff and prepare inventory reconciliation reports.

Ensure accurate recording of cost of goods sold (COGS) in the accounting system.

Record accounting transactions related to the acquisition and disposal of fixed assets (including purchases, disposals, and depreciation calculations prior to posting) and prepare detailed fixed asset schedules and supporting documents in an accurate and organized manner.

Prepare and update detailed schedules of other asset categories, including current and non-current assets such as deposits and guarantees.

Prepare bank reconciliation reports prior to submission for review and approval by the Financial Reporting and Tax Compliance Manager.

Assist in reviewing and verifying liability-related accounts beyond trade payables, including other payables, accrued expenses, and provisions, ensuring proper and timely adjustments in accordance with accounting principles.

Prepare supporting schedules for liability accounts excluding trade payables, such as accrued expenses, tax payables (e.g. VAT or withholding tax payable), and unearned revenues.

Record interest expenses and perform amortization of various types of borrowings accurately, and prepare detailed loan account schedules on a regular basis.

Prepare and update supporting schedules for other liability categories, including current and non-current liabilities.

Prepare additional reports or accounting-related information as requested by relevant departments (if any).

Ensure accurate, complete, and consistent data entry into the ERP system.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the Financial Reporting Manager.

Thai nationality only.

No gender restriction; age between 23–27 years.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting (CPA preferred).

Holder of a valid CPD license, if any.

New graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Audit or Accounting are welcome.

Proven knowledge of accounting regulations, practices, and standards (TFRS), with a strong understanding of local taxation regulations.

Experience or knowledge in ERP systems such as SAP or SAP Business One.
