3+ years of experience in content revision, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or performance marketing

Demonstrable experience reviewing and improving content across social channels and/or blogs

Solid understanding of performance metrics: ROAS, ROI, revenue — and how to translate them into practical content or strategy changes

Strong English (C1 minimum) — all internal and external communications run in English
