Well-being & Resiliency Partner

Provide assessment, intervention, and consultation for employees’ emotional/behavioral needs.

Manage counselling schedules, guide team members, and assist in case handling.

Offer confidential, empathetic support to employees to help them cope and make positive changes.

Communicate wellness program information and best practices to employees and other stakeholders.

Provide one-on-one counselling, in-the-moment support, and crisis intervention while maintaining confidentiality.

Adhere to ethical, therapeutic, and legal standards, as well as organizational policies.

Develop clear treatment plans and assess clients for clinical appropriateness of counselling.

Perform other duties as assigned to support Quality Management System improvements.

Bachelor’s, Postgraduate, Professional, or Master’s degree in Clinical/Applied Psychology.

Eligible for registration or registered psychologist with a recognized professional body.

Full member of Psychological Society, Association for Counselling, Social Workers, or equivalent.

Preferably 2 years’ experience as an independent practitioner or in employee/client counselling.

High cultural awareness of relevant markets/regions.

Training in mindfulness or solution-focused counselling is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supported market.
